Glass knife use:
1. It is best to add kerosene or other oil to the handle before cutting to ensure oil spillage at the knife edge.
2.When cutting the glass, the blade should be close to the ruler, and the
handle and the glass should be cut at a 45-degree angle.
3, the pressure is not too heavy or too light when cutting straight lines, 20N is appropriate.
4. Remember that the route that has been drawn cannot be redrawn, otherwise the edge of the cutter wheel is easily damaged.
5.After scribing, use the metal head of the shank to gently tap the edge
of the glass along the line drawn, and see that there is a crack at the
scratch.
6.Gently rub the sides of the scratches by hand, and the glass can be
divided into two halves (or place the glass cutter head under the
scratched glass, press the hand to the sides, and the glass can be
divided into two halves)
